POLITICS IS CORRUPTION

When we hear the word “Politics”, what comes first to our mind? Is it corruption?

Yes! CORRUPTION! Although we are all aware that Politics are the actions/activities concern with achieving and using power in a country or society. Yes it is but these happen differently because those actions/activities are pursued using the power in a country for achieving something that’s satisfies and in favor only to two to three persons or sometimes only to one person nor these are for the country that is comprises of over a million people.

Most of the people are knowledgeable about its definition but we always choose to define it as corruption because that is what we witness most of the time, that is what we experience every single year that makes each of us immune and always have the realization that politics in the Philippines is really like that, full of powerful but selfish leaders and orchestrated plans and activities just for their own sake and goodness.

Planning pabahay for poor people for instance, this often explained that this is planned for those who don’t have shelter but the truth is, its main goal is to get money which is not to spend to the said houses and poor people but to be kept by the wise planner.

For me, people involved in politics shouldn’t be easily considered as heroes or great and brave leaders but wise men. Not heroes simply because they do not intend to help their fellow countrymen but their selves, not great and brave leaders because they’re merely fight not for the rights of their countrymen but for their own and they are wise men who are like debt collectors who lend money to poor people not to help them but to use their financial needs to get more than they give.

In the Philippines, Politics are actions/activities made and used by the leaders of the country for easier way of transaction for corruption.
